American Airlines Announces Changes to Policies for Travel with Emotional Support Animals, Service Animals
Starting February 1st, American has aligned it's policy with the DOT, and basically emotional support animals are no longer allowed. All service dogs must have their certificate of training and travelers will have to attest to the dogs behavior. Full article can be seen here on aa.com
