The wood fired wings were $20 among an expansive menu of all kinds of food, while you look out on Lake Minnetonka with quality cocktails.
The Wings
These are more slow-roasted (rotissiere is not off the mark here) and with a light smoky spice rub. So not really spicy but the flavor is just wow and the meat is so tender, they fall off the wing bones. The drummies hold onto theirs a little tougher.
Summary
A definite "go get these wings!" The flavor along with the bar, the view, and the food just cements this place. The wait is a long time in the summer, not so much after many in the area flee to Phoenix for the winter.
